Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at nancy@chloewithlove.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
For items being returned due to manufacturing defects, we will refund return regular mail postage. The item will be repaired and reshipped to you at no further cost. Please send your returns in their original packaging to:
