All orders ship from Rockwood, Ontario, Canada. Our default shipping method is Canada Post unless otherwise requested.

All orders take up to 4 weeks to ship after being processed. Each piece is custom made after an order has been placed. We will always make every effort to expedite an order as quickly as we can.
We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
